❓ Will your Instax Mini frames fit prints from Instax Mini 11 or Mini 12?
Yes – all our Instax Mini frames are designed to fit film from all Mini series cameras, including Mini 8, 9, 11, and 12.
❓ Are your Polaroid frames compatible with both vintage and modern Polaroid cameras?
Yes – our Polaroid photo frames fit prints from:
- Polaroid Originals / i-Type
- Polaroid 600 film
- Polaroid Now & Now+
👉 Be sure to choose the Full Film View aperture if you want to show the iconic Polaroid white border.
❓ Will Instax Square photos fit in Polaroid frames?
Not quite. Instax Square and Polaroid Originals are different sizes. We offer frames specifically cut for each format – be sure to select the correct option when ordering.
Instax photos are often mistaken for Polaroids, but they’re different brands – always check the product description to ensure the correct frame size
❓ Do you sell frames for Polaroid Go photos?
Yes! Polaroid Go uses a much smaller film size. We have frames custom-cut for Go prints. Check our Polaroid Go Frames for current stock.

Perspex is a high-quality acrylic that looks like glass but is:

❓ Are the frames handmade or mass-produced?
All of our frames are hand-assembled in the UK and made to order. We cut, mount, and fit each one to ensure your photos look their best.
❓ Are the frames front-loaded or rear-loading?
Frames are rear-loading – you simply remove the backboard, place your photo, and re-seal. Easy and secure.
❓ Can I reuse the frame with different photos?
Yes – you can swap photos as often as you’d like. Perfect for rotating memories or seasonal displays.
📦 Shipping, Delivery & Returns
❓ What if my frame arrives damaged?
We package all frames securely, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
❓ Can I make a change after ordering?
If you’ve just placed an order and need to change colour, size, or address, email us immediately at info@mybigphotoframe.co.uk – we’ll do our best to help before it’s dispatched.
❓ Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

❓ Do your frames include a mount/matting border?
All frames include a mount (also called a mat) for extra visual impact, especially with A4 prints.
